Kingston!!!

  
I am so excited to share that I will be going on my first Missions Trip to Kingston, Jamaica October 2-10th!! Whoop there it is! It’s been a long time coming for me to actually excercise my God given talents to evangelize & disciple others- what God designed us all to do. 

Everyday is a blessing & I’ve been more encouraged than ever to step out in faith (2 Cor 5:7). I have been through some epic times as well as some rough times, & everything inbetween. Those rough times were molding me into the clay (Isaiah 64:8) that I am now.  Being able to share my heart & work with kids to help develop their relationship with God is a b-e-a-utiful experience. So I’m incredibly excited to be a part of the Ten Day Missions Trip. 

While we are over there we will be working with HS age kids, at a 2nd chance school, & a special needs pre-school. The schools systems in Jamaica are very different from ours here in the states. They have standardized tests that could place a child in a completely different region & they have to pay to go to school. I am not a great test taker as are most kids, especially intelligent kids that are creative or bored in school. It’ll be cool to laugh, joke, & play with the kids because I’m always down for making people laugh.

In my next post I will list how you can get involved & be a part of this trip with me! Looking forward to sharing my journey & experiences with you all. Hopefully it will melt hearts & lift souls 🙂
