If you’re a fix it girl like me, then you love to McGuyver everything from fixing the toilet to painting a brick. When I was a kid I rode the tractor with my dad, and loved being a daddy’s girl. Nothing beat getting dirty in the yard, and celebrating my dad’s gopher trappings.
Growing up I not only pitched, but I ate, slept, and dreamed softball. I didn’t have much time to hang out with friends because I devoted every waking moment to my pitching. My mom was a trooper driving me all over the country for pitching lessons & games. There were many lessons my mom taught me, but I cherished her showing me how to be creative most. She can garden, sew, paint, cook, and made it out alive raising me. Not only did she teach me to think outside the box, but she encouraged me in everything I did. Even though she thought I was never listening, ohh I was which is why I love to decorate, diy, and go thrifting. Especially because I always love to save a few bucks & work with my hands!
I have been on both ends of the spectrum of living the lavish life to living on an extreme budget. I want to share my tricks, random ideas, and fun ways to decorate your space. Plus prove that $$$ doesn’t buy happiness & it certainly should NOT rule over your life.
